Description

3M™ Speedglas™ G5-01 is a durable and compact welding helmet equipped with the G5-01VC auto-darkening welding filter and the 3M™ Adflo™ powered air-purifying respirator (PAPR) system. The ergonomically adjustable headband ensures a comfortable fit even during prolonged use. The flip-up front allows a wide-view protective visor to be used for grinding and work preparation.

The G5-01VC welding filter provides an adjustable shade range of 8–14 and a grinding mode. The filter has a light-state shade of 3, while the UV/IR protection provides a constant shade level of 14. The Adflo™ PAPR system provides highly efficient particle filtration and features both audible and visual warnings for reduced airflow and low battery charge.

The kit is suitable for welding, grinding, and metalworking.
