Our goal is to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, the product does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.
Returns policy
The product must be unused, clean, free from visible signs of wear, and undamaged.
Please retain the original packaging, tags, and all accessories included with the product.
You may try on the product, provided this does not leave any signs of use.
Items not eligible for return
Custom-made or personalized products.
Personal protective equipment (e.g. helmets, respirators, ear protection) after the packaging has been opened.
Hygiene products (e.g. underwear, disposable gloves, etc.) once the packaging has been opened.
How to return a product
Write to us at info@workgear24.ee, including your order number and the reason for the return.
Send the item back to our Workgear24 store at: Vana Narva mnt 5c, Maardu, Estonia.
If the return is not due to our error (for example, a defect or incorrect item), the return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
Refunds
Refunds are issued using the same payment method that was used to place the order.
Refund processing time: up to 14 calendar days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
In the case of a partial return, the refund amount will be adjusted proportionally to the number of items returned.
Exchange policy
If you would like to exchange a product for a different size or model, please contact us at info@workgear24.ee.
The exchange conditions are the same as for returns.
If the price of the new item is higher than the returned one, you will need to pay the difference. If it is lower, we will refund the difference.
Damaged or defective products
If you discover a defect upon receiving your order, the item will be replaced with an identical product.
If the same product is no longer available, you may choose an equivalent item or receive a full refund, including shipping costs.
In the case of a defective product, Workgear24 will reimburse all delivery costs.
